Tech in SF Bay Area?

Can anyone suggest name/contact info for a Melco Tech in the San Francisco Bay Area (preferably south bay). I have a Big Red. I was stitching along last night. stopped for bobin change, don't know what happened, but #16 needle has a "broken finger". The driving bar just sits there loosely. My machine has "low mileage" as have not been embroidering much lately due to loooong hours at my primary workplace. Emailed Melco last night, have not received a reply yet. Thank you for any suggestions.
