I recently moved my machines to a new shop. The first day everything was working fine. Now, Design Shop opens,and the Amaya XTs turn on, light up, and align themselves. When I try to load a design I get the message that "Amaya OS is not responding. Would you like to try again". HELP! The dongles are lit and all connections have been checked. I called one tech who could not help and I am in a jam. Please advise! Thank you!
