  • Amaya OS is not repsonding

    I recently moved my machines to a new shop. The first day everything was working fine. Now, Design Shop opens,and the Amaya XTs turn on, light up, and align themselves. When I try to load a design I get the message that "Amaya OS is not responding. Would you like to try again". HELP! The dongles are lit and all connections have been checked. I called one tech who could not help and I am in a jam. Please advise! Thank you!

    Guess my 1st inclination would be to pull the ethernet cords and start the machines, then turn off, reboot computer, plug in the ethernet cords once again to each machine, check the "force download" and give it a try. This has worked for me in the past, but today it may not.
