Help with stock design!!

hi i am sewing out a design with lettering and a bike design (it came with my software)-i had to make the design about 25% smaller-the lettering is great-the design wont stitch out at all-the thread breaks and it seems the stitching is verry small.i have changed needles and its the same. any advise would be greatly appreciated!!!

Open the design and check the density of some of the elements to see if it is too dense. Try setting columns @ 3.8 if there are fills set them to 3.4. See if your short stitches box is selected and turn off the auto density and also check the lock/trim setting to see if it's tying in and off and which tie in is set. Try setting
