Help! Trying to embroider a Golf Bag pocket. It's a beautiful bag made by Keri Golf, but sadly the pocket does not detach like so many of the other brands. I'm using a slim line clamp and literally holding the bag up to "try" and stitch it. (why oh why do I accept these jobs!) It runs for about 10 stitches and I get a bobbin thread break error. I have tried to raise and lower the presser foot. I've tried to raise and lower the thread feed. No luck. Any suggestions from you "PROS" our there would be GREATLY appreciated!

Personally, if I were getting false bobbin breaks on a onesie item that I have to watch anyway, after making sure it's stitching well otherwise, I'd just turn the bobbin sensor off. Just not worth my time to figure it out for one!

What is the lower limit set at? Most likely the OS settings are wrong. You can also raise the presser foot a little along with the OS settings.
