  • Hook Timing?

This is the 3rd time, if not more, that my machine has a hook timing issue. Ready to throw it out of the window. It was stitching a shirt with no issues then a thread break, went to fix it , push start and it started makind werid noises and bend and broke the needle, you could tell right away the the whole bobbin case hook are was not where it was sup to be. BEFORE that thread break I was hearing a different beeping every color change and a clicking. Is there a way I can fix this problem by myself or do I have to call AMAZING Ed Orantes?? I have spent so much money on repairs for this thing (I bought it NEW from MElco but want working well from day one) and I really onl;y use it for a few projects and/or hobby that I am seriously considering just leave it like that if I cant fix it. I really appreciate any input. Thanks.

Jazmine I had something like this once. I kept adjusting the Hook Timing and after sewing a little bit it was off again. Finally checked the Z motor. The old ones have a screw in the rear that holds the pulley on the shaft. Tighten it and see what happens.
