It appears that when I have someone come in and help with sewing, our machines do not run nicely. Is it possible that too much may be going on at the same time (such as someone creating a name and sending it to the machine, while the other person is tending to a thread break or such) and the amaya program or computer cannot handle that much activity going on at once and that is causing troubles? I get too many thread breaks, bobbin errors, and so on. If I reboot the computer, start the amaya program again, and am now the only operator, it seems they run better again. If this is the case, is there a way around this problem? Computer needs?

Dear CKramer,
Is it possible that your temp person is doing some adjustments to the machine such as tightenig the bobbin, moving the pressure foot wheel or moving the needles. It sounds like the additional person is changing some of the physical parts on the machine. I am not a computer expert but we seem to have no problem sending a design if the machine has stopped.Wishes In Stitches Embroidery<br />4502 W.
