hook timing

i am in the process of adjusting the hook timing on my machine. The basket had a burr on it so i removed the basket to polish the hook. In following the directions to set the timing they say that if your z-position number is not a whole number then you should round down to at least one degree. My z-position is 200.2 so i should round down to 199. If i am reading this correctly i should go to 199 and then micro-step up to 200.2. is that correct?

any other helpful hints would be apprecieated.
