  • DESPERATE NEED OF HELP!!!!

    Need to know how to get in touch with a tech ASAP! All needls are down on machine. Was sewing out a design on a shirt and the machine blinked and took off on its on. It continued to travel across the the hoop before I could get to the Emergency Stop button. I'm on hold with the tech support number as I type, it's been at least 5 minutes without an answer from a real live person.

    Just be patient, Creighton. They will walk you through everything until it is resolved. Fridays are busy for them.

      Thanks, I feel like I could jump out the window right now. Been working on a my first big, big order and it seems everything that can go wrong has happened.

        Murphy's Law, right? I have had several tech calls lately and a tech needed to come here. I am 250 to 350 miles from any tech and travel time gets expensive so if Melco can solve it, I'm grateful!

          They finally answered last night and said that a tech would have to come. He told me that it would take up to 24 hours to be contacted by the tech. Will they even attempt to contact me over the weekend or am I hung out to dry until Monday?

              Probably have to wait till Monday. We are out in Maine and our Amaya went down(dropped a needle bar) on Christmas Eve. Was down for 10 days because of Holiday and our location. Wish you better luck in a shorter down time.
