I messed up bad

Please help. I took the right side black plastic plate off to lube the cam. Like a dummie I moved the case to the right and all the needle bars fell down. Now the pressure foot is staying down. OS will not open can not move it to the right to get them back in the guides. Please help 239-297-3695

I am so sorry. I have never done this and am not a tech but am offering my condolences. I think your only option is to have a tech come out. sorry.
