Help Machine Frozen

Bid Red was embroidering a design that she has done many many times before. She chugged and made an awful noise and I hit the emergency button. Now when I try to get her to run again she just says "Head not up". I have rebooted and reloaded the design.

As always I am up against a deadline and would appreciate very much anyone that has time to help!

Try just doing a head-up. Tools>maintenance>head timing>head up. Did that do it?
