Certified Tech in Northern Virginia

I'm looking for a certified tech in the Northern Virginia area. I have an 2007 XT with 221M+ stitches and I think needs to see a Melco Dr. I've, for the most part, kept up with all the scheduled maintenance and since the Christmas season, it seems to have more clanks, clunks, pa-changs and other noises it didnt used to have. What's really driving me nuts is the numerous thread breaks that didn't used to occur, but now do. Is a thorough adjustment under the warranty? What kind of $$$ and I looking at?

Hugo is also generous with his time. We are all the way across the country, and he walked me through tightening my x-axis cable over the phone. He and people like Rod & Sharon are well worth the $$$.

I ditto all of that! Hugo has been with me since I started my business several years ago! He has always encouraged me to call him for anything that I may need and he will try and walk me through what I can do on my end. He has never made me feel stupid or inadequate when I've had problems and that I so much appreciate! I keep a list of questions to ask him when he is here, as things come up. He is very knowledgeable and is just a great guy! I am very thankful he is my tech!
