X Motor Trak Error

In the middle of a design that usually sews like a dream I saw this message: X-Motor Trak Error and the machine stopped. Then the error message left so I hope I am transmitting it correctly. Now Big Red (Amy) doesn't want to do anything. Can anyone help? I already checked the books without results.

I had that happened to me a while ago, I turned off the machine (not the computer) and turn it back on after a minute or so, the machine went back to normal and started where it left, however, with the same design it kept doing it until I was done with every applique stop. after that I let it rest for a day and I haven't had that problem again.
