Got a second machine - what to do now?

We finally got our second XT and don't know what we need to do to hook it up. Where could I find this information? Is there any stuff (like cables) I need that I could get tomorrow at Radio Shack or someplace like that? Thanks.

Where did you get second machine? It should have come with everthing you need to start running it??

That's a soap opera. That is the first XT we bought, and it was delivered to my stepson's. Supposedly he knew all about the XT and embroidery and was going into business with us (with us paying all the bills of course). After several months of no production out of him, we bought another XT with temporary software and had it delivered to us. Then we found out he was selling stuff on ebay that he made using our machine. We took back the original OS and Design Shop but just now got the machine delivered. So I have the cable for only a single machine.

You can get what you need at a radio shack or any electronics store. You will need a "hub", buy a 4 port, and another cable. Run the cable from the computer to the hub and one cable each from the other ports in the hub to each machine. You may have to go through the configure menu on the Amaya OS when you start the machines but it's really easy. Should be up and running in no time.

Thank you to everyone for your help. I finally got both Amayas hooked up last week. I bought the cables and hub at Walmart as suggested and called Melco Tech Support for handholding. The tech was fantastic - I think his name was Mark - he walked me through every step and both machines came up in the system without a glitch.
