bent trimmer cable?

IF my trimmer cable is bent can I replace this myself or do I have to have a tech do it? Thanks!

It's easy to replace, but a bit more difficult to adjust. I would probably try it myself, but wouldn't be surprised if I had to call somebody like Rod for help or my tech if I really got lost.
