When the machine went to change colors (needles) an error occurred either in a sensor or the software. If you have the design centered in the hoop you can just can reset the design & then just go to the color in the design where you were using the move tool under tools>settings.

Be sure to re-center hoop after you reset the design .

I was about to do what you said but just tried my luck at pushing start and it picked back up...YAY! But...then it quickly did it again so I pushed start several times to get it to where it needed to go. It seemed like it was "stuck" and needed a push. Not sure why it's having this trouble, though???
Thanks!!!

You could have inadvertently put the machine to sleep.

When you have something goofy like this happen remember your "Return to origin button". Use this prior to resetting the design and and you won't have to worry about whether you had the hoop centered or not.
