  • Cluster error help

    I have had to reinstall Windows XP, and consequently the Amaya XT software. When I try to configure the machine, It says the number of clusters available are 0 and number of machines detected is 1. I have reinstalled both the dongle and the software several times but I am still getting the same error message. It was working fine before the crash

    What caused the crash? I had a customer in Kansas that comunication problems. I couldn't help because I thought it was a board problem. I had her call the phone tech guys and they discovered that she had a virus in one of her designs. Run a good virus program then reinstall and see if that helps. Ted II
