I was sewing out a newly digitized design and got a dsp timeout error. Here are the details:
Stitch count 31,941 color changes 48, very detailed design. Got the error on stitch #27,340 with z position being 205.6 on needle 16. Was doing sew out on t-shirt matl. Decided to sew it out again to see if I got the same message. This time sewed out on a hand towel (which is what the design will be sewed on) but made some changes to the color threads I used. Got the same message on the same stitch #, this time was needle #1 and z position was 235.3. Both times when the machine stopped, the needle was down. I had to press the E stop button both times because the machine wouldn't respond. Both times had to give the heads up command to start again. Is this in the digitizing? Have sewed out other things in the last few days and haven't rec'd this message on anything else.
Thanks for any help.
Dianne
