little white thingy on the end of tube

hi guys
i need a couple of those little white plastic things that are on the end of the tubing. 005702-01 from Melso. has anyone had to replace these with something else? i remember reading here before where folks have found parts at Home Depot.. just wondering before i spend $22 on 3 of those little suckers!

Why do you need to replace them??

You could use a little bushing for plumbing- like the one I used when I replaced the tube on my ice maker. Just ask the guy in the plumbing department- he'll know exactly what you want. You could even take the little white thing to the store with you & tell him what it is used for so he could make suggestions.
