Machine stopped & no longer on-line

Hi, I am(was) stitching caps on two AMAYA XT machines and one of them stopped about 3/4 through logo and now isn't even showing on my computer so it dropped off-line.....is there realistically anyway to get this up and running where it left off? I haven't turned it off or anything yet.

That has happened to me before with the needle down. I turn off/onmachine and when it restarts, i hit the start button and it usually continues where it left off. cross your fingers...

Me too, needle up or down, I just hit the e-stop, then turn it back on just like debndukes.
