Help with Order and Design acceptance forms

My shop is growing but my methodology is not. My forms are really elementary. I spoke with an attorney today who quoted me $1,000 to provide me with a good tight order form and sample acceptance form. Not in the budget. Would anyone out there be willing to share yours. I know you spent time and money to accumulate these forms and I would be happy to contribute. I am bidding on a large job on Friday and I wish I was better prepared. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Have you looked in to Price list it allows you to customize forms.

About half what your lawer friend wanted.
