• Actual Center Lost

Apparently last night before shutting down a message appeared referring to X or Y something. I was not the one who saw it
This morning the machine seems to have lost to actual center setting. Every hoop--Every design all the time. I have spoken with the Melco Tech at $1.00 per minute and got the same information I always do--Must be something corupt in the OS. Reload. My intuition is screaming at me that this is not necessary--Can anyone help me please? Debbie 800-754-9242

Debbie:

Let me know if my solution helped when you get a free moment

BTW, if they told you it must be the OS, I'd ask for my money back - on big reds, it's almost always a sensor finding it's home that causes this. seen it MANY, MANY times on our original big red.

Thank you John! I am all set. I cleaned the little sensor and she is working like a charm. I love this old girl most of the time but when I am reduced to calling Melco I want to scream.

If you ever need anything from Phoenix Arizona please call me!

Awesome! Glad I could help. Love our big red's too! So, do they charge you if they don't solve your problem?

Yep! When they can't fix it they say to reload the OS. This is at least the third time they have said this to me. I knew it wasn't the case as it wasn't either of the other times.

Thanks for helping me John--I owe you big time!

What sensor is that? Mine is doing the same thing - I think. It centers as far as the os but its not centered on the xt!! Then when I attempt to move it down I get a hoop limit error. What sensor did you have to clean? Thanks!!
