Does anybody have any optical sensors. Melco is out until May. I have 1, but need another. OOps now 2

What is a optical senors? what do you use it for?

Carole,

Optical sensors are used in various ares of the machine to control positioning of motor functions. The Grabber blade, threadfeed motor, Z axis timing, X, Y movement etc, positions are all controlled by the optical laser sensors.

Big Reds use a optical laser sensor to control color change position. The XT's use an encoder or the color change motor to control this positioning.
