    Evening all,
I am having registry problems, the outlines aren't outlining, design isn't lining up with all parts. I tried 2 different designs, both of which have sewn out with no problem before. Tried closing OS and re-opening, same problem. She has been put to bed for the night, maybe a good rest is needed. Any suggestions before I fire her up tomorrow?

OOPS - sorry... replied to quick and thought you were describing one thing when you were another. When you said registry, I immediately thought computers.

When was the last time the machine was serviced with the wire tension checked for the carriage?

You say they sewed out fine before - today? 2 weeks ago, 2 months ago??

This can be caused from a couple of different things. One can be a hooping issue either not hooping taut or hooping too tightly stretching the fabric, or, it is caused by "push and pull" of the fabric during sewing. Are you stitching the exact same design on the exact same type of fabric as before? At times you may have to edit a design just a little. Just remember to pull the design out to the outline because the outline is correct. Never pull the outline into the stitching.

Thanks for your suggestions. After a good rest, Mary Mary (as in quite contrary, because she can be) is behaving mostly normally. The off registry issues are better but not gone. Now instead of being off on the entire design, it appears to be on only one side on the design I had trouble with last night.

It has been more than 18 months since Hugo was last here, maybe it is time for him to visit. BTW, John, It has only been 2 days since she sewed out "fine". Fortunately I am at least a little busy. But my season is starting soon and a healthy machine is a good thing to start it with!
