I have located what I believe is the culprit on my thread breakage. Three of the red (yes-I said red) rollers have little burrs on them. They are microscopic but I still suspect they either are the cause or or contributing to the problem. How much should I expect to pay to replace the whole set and where should I buy them. I believe there has been an upgrade sine my red ones in 2003.
