I have the large double-wide square wooden hoop for jacket backs and it's about one year old. Today, I went to use the hoop and before I even got it under the fabric, it snapped. Like it was brittle, but it isn't. The snap is clean so I'm wondering if there is any advice for repairing this? Spoke with Melco and they do not support their hoops after 60 days. Anyone know of another source or more reliable hoop to purchase? Thanks in advance.
