I want to ask if my pricing is reasonable.

I am sewing 30 otto 6 panel hats with velcro closures.
It is a 8669 stitch design and I am sewing with metallic thread.
I am charging $10.20 per hat, I feel I am on the low side but I really do not want to loose this customer.
    What do you think?

I hope I am not violating any rules here.

I think you are doing good.
I charge $6.50 per cap on two dozen.
But the price does depend on if you have a single head or four head doing the order.
Single head I would say you are about right, that is if your are doing 3 caps per hour.

Are you supplying the cap? If so, what is your wholesale cost (also include your shipping cost)?

Is the whole design in metallic thread?

If I were selling this cap, I double the ws cost of cap (min. $5) plus $9 for the embroidery (reg thread; metallic would carry a higher cost due to more breakage, expense and slower machine speed. I would discount the cap cost 10% (dozen discount; next discount is case). I might up the discount to 20% for a special customer. I don't discount embroidery for less than 72 pieces.
