Dickie Mens Shirts

Can anyone tell me what works best for backing on a mans Dickie Shirt. I have 28 to sew, 56,000 stitches in the design.

If the shirt is white, use polymesh, if not 2.0 oz. or 2.2 oz. cutaway should do it. Most woven shirts can be run at pretty high speeds without an issue.
