My machine moved to needle 13 from 9 when I heard just a light plastic scratching noise. When it started to sew a column it was very uneven then it looked as if it missed stitches then back to uneven then the thread frayed and broke.
It will sew unevenly at a slow speed but when you speed it up it breaks right away.
I have sewn this same name dozens of times up to this point.
Any thoughts from anyone before I call the tech?
