Does any tech have a part #33016-04 that I could purchase? Mine broke--only have one machine--and Christmas orders not yet finished. MELCO is backordered, maybe until after New Year. Thanks so very much for doing this. My mother-in-law passed away on Friday morning, and I was without Internet access while going to her home through the funeral. Before I left for the funeral, I found that Hugo had one he would send me. However, I do want you to know how very grateful I am for your genuine attempt to help me. Thanks again and again.
