Urgent help needed ASAP!!
Fabric got caught in hook, needle came down and stayed down! Machine went dead!! Not now!! PLEASE!!! Help!!!

Hi LuAnn. Engagethe emergency stop and try spinning the shaft behind the needlecas. Hopefully this will enable u to pull out your garmet. With a little luck the hook timing has not slipped.. Please confirm you do not smell anything burning.
