Could someone that has the 11" x 13" Mighty Hoop give me the inside and outside measurements? I need to know if it will fit my needs before I spend the money on them.

I am looking for the outside measurements also. My understanding is that you have to move the hoop arms to put the hoop on the machine, I want to see if there is a way to modify it so I don't have to.Russell Silva<br />R. S.
