Hat hoop

I want to buy a hat hoop. Not the WACF frame but the CCF/ WAD frame.
I already have the wacf 270 frame. My question is, will the hat driver and hooping station work with the older style hoop.
I am not getting the embroidery quality out of my more detailed hat designs with the 270.
I was thinking if I can hoop it tighter with the oler style frame then the finished product will look better.

Yes, the driver for the WACF is compatible with the CCF and the hooping devise works fine for them as well. I switched to the CCF agout a year ago & haven't used a WACF since. Anybody want to buy the 8 I have (WACFs)?
