Need Help

I have an older Big Red Amaya with older Design Shop pro and Amaya OS. Computer running XP. All of a sudden I am getting Design Download Denied. I have cut everything off and let it reload the computer and waited for several minutes before opening Amaya OS. When the gray screen appears I turn on the machine and see the Spinning CSA loading deal. Then when I open the file and try to load it to machine I get the Design Download Denied. I just sewed a sample for me 2 or 3 days ago with no issues. Any ideas??

Try hitting the "reset design" icon (left pointing arrow with an oval under it) first, then try to load your design. You might want to center the hoop before loading also.

The only solution I have when that happens is to open the file in DS, save it under a new name and thay may work, or even save it as an .exp.
That usually works.
