I have just had the XY cable break and I need to talk to the tech (Clarence)out of Atlanta, GA, if he is still the tech. I do not have his number. If not him, I need to talk to a tech in my area (Chattanooga, TN) to find out what to do to have this cable replaced ASAP. Does anyone know the cost? I have a Big Red machine and this is the only problem I have had with her. Help Please.

I don't have Clarences # handy, but Mark Davis is also out of Atlanta. He is a great tech. His # is 303-885-6408. Don't let the area code fool you,he worked for Melco so many years that they let him keep his old number.

Hugo - Thanks. I called Mark and left a message, with it being Sunday it is probably off.
Do you know what part number this cable is? I looked the cable up at Melco but there are 2 cables and if I need to order one I want to be sure to get the correct one. Money is tight right now the warranty is out on the machine. I know I should have renewed that but it had slipped my mind.
