Every since I installed the new ver. 9 software to my computers, Design shop works fine (except for recognizing some of the trim commands created in ver. 7); but the OS software will not do the "drop-down" prompt thing anymore when I try to select a file from a folder- very annoying and time consuming for me and my assistant, since we have thousands of files. Especially annoying in the personalization file, as it is by number, and gets larger every day. Any ideas anybody? I have DS on one PC and OS on another, could this be part of the problem?

I have the same problem.
I'm pretty sure the drop down list has been working since installing v9 over a year ago. I recently installed Norton Internet Security 2010 on both computers, and had networking problems between the computers. That problem was resolved, but this new problem with the file folder has come up. I wonder if any of the computer gurus have an idea.
