Can anyone tell me how to start/stop a design to repeat a border (for example) and have it look continuous? Does the Amaya have a sash frame ability?

Is there a way to physically be able to move the needle to the down position while at the XT, rather than run back and forth to the computer? I know you could push the STOP button and manually turn the crank to bring the needle down but not sure that's always a good idea. Any suggestions?

Go into Maintenance, Head timming. This enables keypad functions to change, The Adjustment key(the one that looks like a hammer) held down with the down arrow key will drop the needle to bottom center. The adjustment key with the up arrow key will give you headup.

But then you still have to exit out of the headup menu to sew....
