Cap rail issue

I knew this would happen to me eventually. In setting up my big red to stitch hats, the rail came off the track and the wires are hanging loose now. Is there a video or some sort of instructions to help me put this thing back together?

Checking under help in the OS menu, I think, would be a good start. I have never even seen a Big Red in person, on the XT's, but I think the drivers are very similar.
