I haven't used this machine much, so I'm to sell it. When I tried to demonstate the machine to the potential buyer, the thread kept breaking and the frame "bounced". Of course the bouncing caused stress on the thread, but I had to reset the hook timing. The frame is not "clicking" when I place the frame on the machine. Whats wrong? Anybody know.

Im trying to take them off and put them back on again They are pretty tight. The frame doesnt go on far enough on one side, for the guard to snap over it.
