“Color change seek error”

I have a client who keeps getting Color change seek error on start up. Any suggestions on how to eliminate this would be appreciated.

Check box to send rack home upon startup> this should leave us on needle #1> go to needle #16.> any bumps or grinds> if so, what I do is loosen tne 4 screws on the black plastic covers that the needle bar studs rest in (5 on the right) and push them down all the way (toward the floor, not the back), then slowly & back and forth tightening the screws again> this has helped me on 2 of mine since I had the same problem you are talking about.
