Copyright?

I have a question...
I have a coloring book page I would like to have digitized, are these pages copyrighted? I can't seem to find any information about it.

If it is an original work by an author,artist, it is considered a copyrighted work whether they have formally filed for copyright protection or not. See this link:

You could always contact the artist to see if they will let you have it digitized if you share the resulting work with them.
