Help...any suggestions

When running this artwork on the hat they want (red), the stitching does not line up. When running it on any other hat(blue), it looks fine.

any suggestions

is this design digitized for hats?
sewing the bottom up and center out?
you are sewing well above the sewing area of the
cap shown also

yes it was. Are you saying the design is too big? We are trying to match a hat they had done previously through someone else

we noticed when doing another hat that the hat was caving in...might have to suggest a different hat to them
