Patches

Hi,
I have never done patches, have a 17327 stitch logo, 13 color changes, customer wants done on caps.
Its been excellently digitized, sews out great....but just takes way to long. Thinking of suggesting having a patch made instead, question, can the patches be made with an adhesive backing to be heat pressed on?
And...anyone interested in making them for me?
And, how small can letters be for 3D foam? (Different project)
