What hoop for sleeves

Ive got to put a design 1 inch up from stitching on sleeves. I've tried the 2x3 ff and the smallest hoop but neither one looks very good.

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem and forgot that I had the Pocket frame that I purchased with the machine. If you do pockets and sleeves in your business this is something you might want to purchase.
