converting eps files

How to convert an eps file or jpg or png file?? do i have to hire a digitizer or is there a software that can convert to work with amaya melco?

Melco has design shop software. It is not something you take out of the box and know how to use, however. It will take some time to become proficient. You might want to order it, and while you are learning how to use it, use a digitizing service to get your orders out.
