  • 3d puff help

    Hello all,

I am wondering if someone here has had success with 3d puff designs and what settings they used in order to get these designs to work. We are trying to sew puff on hats and we just simply cannot get the correct settings to make it look even semi nice. We have tried a variety of different setting changes but to no avail. If you are willing to share how you have had success with your 3d puff designs we are actually willing to pay for your time and your tutorial. We are using an Amaya XT and an Amaya XTS here at our shop. Thank you.

    3d puff help

Done it several times. #1 Needs to be digitized for puff.
    #2 disable bobbin break.
    #3 set feed to manual.
#4 set thread feed minimum to around 20. Adjust up or down from there depending on total thickness of material and foam.
    #5 slow speed below 1000.
