How do you digitize and set up machine to get this look?

To me it looks like all columns of satin stitches.

I would say it is just taking the letter and segmenting it with satin columns with an overlap and then add an out line.

So reduce the wire frame in size and have that run with satin then go over it again with actual size and satin.
Basically go 1 or 2 smaller build up and then final actual size. Go to settings by color and increase acti-feed minimum as the layers build up? Would adding column feed up give it more if a puff look?
