  • Design registration issue, Urgent!!

I have uploaded a picture of my most recent sew out of a design we are trying to do here. We have sent it back to the digitizer multiple times because we still have issues. It is text/outline on a black beanie cap. The first issue was that the registration in the large font/outline was off and the small text was disappearing into the material of the hat. The digitizer sent it back with a knockdown stitch that was supposed to eliminate both problems. However the picture I have uploaded shows that it has not. Is there a method of backing/topping that I can use that will fix this issue? Any advice is great! Thanks all,

How are you stabilizing your Cap?
            What hoop?
            What Backing?
are the arms on your Amaya tight.

Could you send me the file so I can take a look.

Sure I will send it to your email right now.

I am stabilizing with 2oz backing, using a 7.02 round hoop and 1 piece of solvy topping. I just checked the arms and they are tight. I was running another job on the same type of beanies before I started this one and it was stitching fine however it was a simple bold font logo.

I prefer using my hooptech slim line for toques and I always put my backing to cover full hoop.

We do not currently have any slim line hoops i will try to make sure the backing covers the full hoop this time. Thank you.

Use Cutaway backing It comes in black.
the backing MUST NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE IN THE HOOP!!!!
So it needs to be in the hoop not floated under.

I sent you a modified file if your not hooping correctly it will not work either.
