Import Export

My Import and Export options aren't available? (light gray) I have Design Shop Pro. Help! I'm a newbies so I'm probably doing something wrong.....

Well, actually I'm just experimenting and trying to learn what all the tools are used for. I'm going through all the training videos and getting familiar with all the different options.

Not sure I have ever used the import or export function - according to Design Shop Help - it relates to importing or exporting designs on a floppy disc - not too many machines in the last 5 -7 years even have those since cd/dvd's came out
