Test Sew Design for Troubleshooting

Does anyone have the design that came with our software to test sew and troubleshoot machine problems? I don't think we uploaded the designs that came with the software when we recently upgraded. It's the one with the targets, columns, etc. We are having some issues and would like to run that on all machines to have ready for our tech to look at when he comes. Thanks!
