Embroidery on scrim felt

Has anyone embroidered on Scrim Felt? I am attempting to make designs for a jacket and I keep getting thread break. What is the best needle and settings for my Amaya XT.

felt stitches perfectly never had an issue
Try increasing your lower thread limit a few points and up your material thickness a bit, be sure to hit apply when you do.
